  • Allow 3-5% variance in measurements & colours.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Scrubs ordered from Medipro allows the company to feature them on all social media platforms.
  • Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this catalogue or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance.
  • There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.
  • All designs produced by us will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form except in accordance with prior written consent.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Since our products are all pre-order, all products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All orders confirmed that include embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

It is strongly advised to re-confirm the colour, size and embroidery of your choice before checking out.

In the event of an incorrect order, returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving. Returns must be in a new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

We guarantee our apparel to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Once your items are returned, our team of experts will have to inspect the condition and nature of the apparel returned.

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 7 days from purchase We reserve the right to refuse worn, damaged apparel or if not in compliance with our policy.

CARE TIPS

Here’s some care tips to keep scrubs looking new and extend their lifespan and durability:

  • Keep scrubs away from direct sunlight to preserve its brightness & vibrance
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry scrubs
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Iron on the reversed side
  • No bleach
  • Wash scrubs at a low temperature with a gentle laundry detergent
  • Store all scrubs in a cool and dry space to protect them from damp, sunlight, and heat, which can all cause damage
  • Extra tip! You can make your scrubs last longer by mending minor repairs in the long run yourself; a simple needle and thread to fix small rips or fraying edges will do
