Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimum orders.

How do I make a bulk purchase?

A bulk purchase is 15 pcs and above. To submit a bulk order, kindly contact our customer service (0187906155). Our team will be able to assist you further. A bulk order template can also be requested from the team.

How do I cancel my order?

Once order has been confirmed and paid, it can’t be canceled anymore.

What if I received a wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a wrong item, kindly contact our customer service at 0187906155 for help.

Please submit a photo of the wrong items received together with the order number and details.

How long does it take to ship out an order?

Please allow an estimate of 3-4 weeks for orders with embroidery OR 1-2 weeks for orders without embroidery to be shipped out. Our scrubs are all pre-order. We assure you we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery time frame will depend on the courier – Poslaju.

Yes, we ship to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei and Philippines.

Is self-collect available?

For the time being, self-collect is not available.

How do I select the right size?

To get the best fit, we recommend measuring your current scrubs or any non-stretchable shirt/pants and compare to our size chart.

Our size chart are all scrub measurements.

Scrubs that are viscose material is not stretchable.

Always go a size up if unsure as it’s pre order & we don’t accept exchange.

Can I pick a different size top & pants?

Yes, you can.

Can I exchange the scrubs if they do not fit me?

Since our products are all pre-order, all products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All orders confirmed that include embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

It is strongly advised to re-confirm the colour, size and embroidery of your choice before checking out.

How do I take care of my scrubs?

It is important to know the right way to care for your scrubs to keep it looking new and extend their lifespans.

Here’s a few key points:

• Keep scrubs away from direct sunlight to preserve its brightness & vibrance
• Wash inside out
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry scrubs
• Wash with similar colors
• Iron on the reversed side
• No bleach
• Wash scrubs at a low temperature with a gentle laundry detergent
• Store all scrubs in a cool and dry space to protect them from damp, sunlight, and heat, which can all cause damage
• Extra tip! You can make your scrubs last longer by mending minor repairs in the long run yourself; a simple needle and thread to fix small rips or fraying edges will do
